Each of our technicians is IICRC certified and participates in ongoing education courses to keep up to date with the latest in the industry.

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) establishes industry standards and delivers training and accreditation to restoration firms. IICRC Certified Requirements

To become certified through this strict organization, there are certain requirements we need to follow. Some of these sternly enforced rules are as follows:

• To always present accurate information to property owners while conducting business with honesty and integrity.
• At least 1 water damage technician on all jobs who has been formally trained and passed all required tests needs to be on the premises at all times (each of our technicians has been trained and passed all tests)
• A required education program that is ongoing to keep technicians up to date on the latest changes in the industry.

The IICRC Develops Restoration Industry Standards

The IICRC has played a leadership role in developing the major industry standards and reference guides for expert water damage repair and professional mold removal. These IICRC standards take years to create and must be overseen by specialists in the field: manufacturers, trade organizations, insurance experts, training institutions, contractors, and public health professionals.

The guidelines are updated every five years to reflect current best practices. With developments in technology and science, the water damage restoration business is ever-changing, necessitating that the standards change as well.
